The Transcendents Community Collective offers a transformative space for Black Executive Directors and the communities and organizations they serve. We are here for you.

The Transcendents Community Collective is a pioneering organization created for Black Executive Directors, by Executive Directors.
Built on the principle of Black Excellence, every resident collaborator holds a Master’s degree or higher.
Inspired by global equity frameworks (including UN focus group findings), The Transcendents exists to elevate leadership, governance, and sustainability across nonprofit and for-profit sectors.

Organizational Structure

1 Founding Organization + 12 Collaborators (current/former EDs).
Collaborators serve as the core leadership circle, shaping offerings, strategy, and impact.
Membership spans executive directors, nonprofits, boards, foundations, governments, school districts, and companies.
